EL SAGRADO RANCH
El Sagrado Ranch is a coffee plantation located 3 kilometers from San Gabriel Mixtepec and 45 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Escondido, it is necessary to take a deviation of 800 meters in the km. 195 highway 131, this is the road that goes from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido passing through Sola de Vega.
Since 1952, this delicious coffee has been cultivated, the founder of this plantation is Mr. Camerino Sierra, now his son Mr. Eduardo Sierra and his family are in charge of continuing this tradition of cultivating coffee with affection and without using chemicals to protect the vegetation of the area. As part of the conservation of the area, they have planted new fruit trees to increase the abundance of the place, this increases the number of birds and butterflies in the ranch, the result is a delicious 100% organic coffee surrounded by a beautiful and rich nature.
The process to obtain this Sacred coffee is very special, each stage is done with dedication and with the intention of obtaining a 100% natural coffee. El Sagrado Ranch reaffirms its commitment to care the environment trying to impact as little as possible the same, that is why they have implemented bike machines to pulp and grind coffee, these machines help to perform these stages faster without using electric power.
Come, enjoy and live the experience of getting your own organic coffee, normally in the last days of December of each year is done the pinch, at these dates it is possible to observe the whole process, from the floor to the table.
